Fast...

This isn't rocket science but I feel compelled nonetheless...

Life moves fast. Babies grow into toddlers before we can blink. Toddlers...well, they start preparing for college while we are busy getting the play-dough out of the carpet.

Life moves fast.

Washington, D.C. Metro

So forgive me, if I sound trite, but I am overwhelmed today with an urge to remind you to slow down and savor every single moment. Don't wish your way through THIS place you are in -- school, work, marriage, mommyhood -- whatever YOUR place. Take a deep breath and enjoy. This day will be over with the speed of...well...of the subway zooming through the station!

My family waiting on the subway...or the "monorail" as my completely-Disneyfied-4-yr-old called it!
Find the blessings today, my friend! I know this day is jammed-packed full of them. And I don't want to miss a single one!

Such a sweet post...and that metro picture is amazing! I WILL savor the NOW! (And will try not to worry about the tommorow, though I struggle not to) Thank you for this post, which reminds me of how great my family is! I Love you,
Claire
