Quiet

All is quiet in my house. That doesn't usually happen. Really a more appropriate statement would be that that NEVER happens. But today I had an appointment to finish up our taxes (oh joy!) and so Uncle Lenny  was roped into the carpooling duties for theater and piano lessons.

I have a million and one things to do. And really should start on the list. But oh, this is so nice. Sitting here. Listening to the complete stillness and quiet.

I will miss the noise in about half an hour. But for right this minute, I think I will sigh deeply and enjoy!

Because there is a blessing in being still and quiet...
